Shipping policy

tokidreams Store Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Because these are stationery and small gift items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please allow 1–3 days for processing. Weekends and holidays may require extra processing time.

RETURNS
tokidreams does not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements.

SHIPPING
tokidreams is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not replace them. Tracking numbers are provided once shipped. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update. If your tracking says delivered but you haven’t received your package, please contact USPS or UPS for more info.

If an incorrect shipping address was provided during checkout, contact us within 2 hours to correct it. tokidreams cannot guarantee changes after this time. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
